Indi-GO Mobile Pay offers a simple new way to pay for bus fares and validate once you’re on board a bus. There are several ways you can buy and validate fares: through the Indi-GO Mobile Pay app on your smartphone, via the web ticketing system, using a smart card, or with traditional paper tickets. You can choose the most convenient way for you to pay and travel or mix and match according to your preferences. 

The IndiGO Mobile Pay mobile app can also help you navigate the Indiana County transit system, saving you time and money. 


THE 3 WAYS TO USE IndiGO Mobile Pay 

1. The IndiGO Mobile Pay Mobile Application 

The IndiGO Mobile Pay mobile application is a simple yet innovative way to buy single rides and/or passes and validate them once onboard the bus. The mobile app also gives you the option to explore routes, plan trips, see bus information in real time, and save your favorite addresses for future use.

You can also use the Indi-GO Mobile Pay Web Ticketing System to purchase a digital ticket.  Make sure to log in with the same email address you used for the mobile app. Once you’ve purchased a digital ticket from www.mobilepay.indigobus.com, it will be available in your account in the IndiGO app. 


2. Reusable Smart Card 

Beginning Monday, December 16, stop by the IndiGO Hub at the Indiana Mall to pick up a free IndiGO Smart Card.

The reusable smart card is an easy way to store tickets and passes and validate on the bus.  Load your Smart Card according to your needs, and connect it to the mobile app for even greater convenience. You can also reload your smart card through the web ticketing system: www.mobilepay.indigobus.com 

Senior Riders - Seniors ride free on all IndiGO fixed route buses! If you already have a yellow or blue Senior Pass, stop by IndiGO’s Main Office (1657 Saltsburg Ave., Indiana, PA) to pick up your new Senior Smart Card. Once you have it, just tap your card when you board to enjoy unlimited free rides.

Reduced Fare Riders - If you already have a Reduced Fare ID Card, setting up your Mobile Pay account is easy! Start by using the web portal, iOS or Android app to create your account. Then, give us a call at 724-465-2140 to activate the reduced fare designation. You can also visit our Main Office (1657 Saltsburg Avenue, Indiana, PA ) to pick up a Smart Card and register for a Mobile Pay account when you're ready to purchase a fare. With IndiGO Mobile Pay, you can conveniently buy fares online or through the app, and with a Smart Card, simply tap to board!

IndiGO provides discounted fares for Reduced Fare cardholders. If you are under 65 and have a Medicare card, you may qualify. Apply for a Reduced Fare ID Card at IndiGO’s Main Office (1657 Saltsburg Avenue, Indiana, PA).  


3. Paper Ticket 

If you prefer, you can buy a single-ride paper ticket at IndiGO Mobile Pay Customer Service Center (1657 Saltsburg Avenue, Indiana, PA 15701).  Each paper ticket is in the form of a paper slip with a QR code printed on its front.
